Super great experience. The front desk staff are awesome. Great customer service and attentiveness. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Overall the area is clean and luxurious with a big swimming pool, jacuzzi and working out room. They also provide guests with a breakfast service and front desk service is quick when you call for extra towels etc. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Nice,new rooms. The courtyard is lovely. Great breakfast!!! Had issues with my company being able to pay for the room and being told different things from different people. Also had to have my key re-set 3 times due to being a late checkout,when i was in a hurry to get to the airport and the room was on the 3rd floor.

The hotel is on a beautiful property with flowers and trees. Our room was comfortable and clean even though it had not yet been updated. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with typical assortment of pastries and cereal, but also prepared on order got dishes such as omelets. We have been quite satisfied with our stay.

I would have give the room 5 stars if it didn't have flying ants (that's what it looks like). The bed was comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful. Didn't get the chance to have the morning breakfast because of my early departure. I'm sure it would have been good. The shuttle bus to the airport was 3 minutes away.

The property is well-maintained, clean, beautifully landscaped with palm trees/plants, close to highways, and felt safe. We stayed here for a night. The premium studio suite 1bed cost around 180$ price for a Saturday night. The room was clean, with a view of the pool and well stocked with amenities. The breakfast could have been better in terms of taste and options. But that's also caused in part by the covid restrictions.

Upon checking in, the staff greeted my husband and I with huge smiles and immediately began helping us. We stayed at this hotel over the 4th of July holiday. We stayed in one of the most expensive rooms they had which was the Jacuzzi Suite and the room was amazing! The room was nicely decorated with a small mini fridge/bar/sink area, a wall divider that separated the bedroom from the living room and the bathroom had a very nice walk in shower. The bedding was soft, very fluffy and a very bright white. The layout of the room was nicely done. There is a separate area to smoke in because the rest of the property is non smoking as well as all the rooms. The hotel overall was very quiet and that made for a nice little getaway!! The hotel room came with breakfast and that was absolutely amazing!! Eggs, omelets and hashbrowns cooked right before you so they are served hot and custom ordered to your liking! My husband and I stayed here for 1 week and we were sad when our time had ended and had to go home. We will definitely be staying again in the near future!!!

Room was very clean & really good size. Staff was awesome, the grounds neat & well taken care of. Awesome location. We spent most of our time in Los Angeles but the commute was worth it. The breakfast was cook to order & delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel & I would definitely stay here again. Quiet & peaceful.
